NDIS approved
Fleurieu Health Dietitian Tricia Hancock is a Registered NDIS Provider and both Camilla and Tricia are approved to provide services to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Funding via the NDIS can be tricky to understand and we are happy to have a no-obligation chat about what services are possible.
For more information please see ndis.gov.au
Medicare
Fleurieu Health Dietitians are approved to provide Allied Health services for the Medicare General Practitioner Management Plans (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangements (TCA). These are set up by a GP and allow 5 Allied Health visits per year. They partially fund consultation to Allied Health professionals.

DVA
Fleurieu Health Dietitians are approved to provide Allied Health services for DVA Gold Card holders. DVA fully fund these consultations and allow for travel if required. There are no out of pocket expenses. Please advise staff if you believe a home visit is more suitable than coming in to the clinic.
Health Fund
Health Fund “Extras” will often cover dietetics. Contact your health fund to see if you are covered and what the rebate amount is.
